The Blue Prolific Studios Gallery
Blue Prolific Studios highlights Artist of different styles and backgrounds. Every Artist has a subject that speaks to them or exhibit an intense passion for. Whether historical, dramatic, political, forward thinking etc. the voice spoken through one’s craft is not only powerful, but necessary in any society or community. It educates, inspires, and records history.
The studio prides itself on the support and empowerment of Art and Design. Full basic artist agreement bellow.

Artwork pick up date: Exhibiting Artist will receive notification
Any unsold work must be picked up by the Artist. Any unclaimed work will be considered abandoned.

ELIGIBILITY
Entry to this group exhibit is open to all professional and mid career Artist in the state of Texas 18 years of age and older.
ENTRY FEE
Submission for consideration is based on individual exhibitions. Entry acceptance is not guaranteed and will be determined by the curation team.
SALES
Work is not required to be available for purchase. Blue Prolific Studios collects 20% of the sale price including the sales tax. Blue Prolific Studios will remit all payments minus the 20% directly to the Artist by check or electronic transfer within 10 business days of each sell.
A list of titles, medium, size and price must be provided to La’Toya Smith for labeling upon selection into the show.
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
Work must be in alignment with exhibition theme and purpose.
All subjects are welcome for consideration in any medium. No free standing works.
Mats and frames must be professional quality and in good condition.
Each piece should be framed and/or wired for hanging
Works must be original and unsold.
Artwork maximum weight is 40 lbs.
Works on paper must be under glass, matted or Plexiglas.
Adhesive-backed tags are not allowed.
INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
Every reasonable precaution will be taken to ensure protection and careful handling of work. The artist is required for the hanging of their work and is encouraged to take personal insurance as needed for their artwork. Blue Prolific Studios is not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to the artwork.
LEGAL AGREEMENT
General: With your submission you agree to the following…
I hereby certify that my art submission contains my original artwork and is not a reproduction of any published artwork, photographs, magazines, or any other creative materials protected by copyright laws.
I will provide shipping information or remove my artwork in the time frame indicated in this form.
I understand that Blue Prolific Studios and La’Toya Smith are not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to my artwork. BPS assume no liability for any damage or injury to the artist’s works of art displayed on the premises of the Gallery. I grant exclusive rights to both Blue Prolific Studios and curator La’Toya Smith to photograph my artwork for promotional purposes without compensation to me.
I agree to the noted percentage of any sales to Blue Prolific Studios (please price your pieces appropriately to include this amount and any sales tax). I understand that Blue Prolific Studios has the right to refuse any artwork.
My artwork content does not include any violent, obscene, or offensive content.
My artwork will be delivered and collected as indicated above on the scheduled drop-off and strike dates.
My artwork will hang for the entire show and will not be removed prior to the sale of works or strike date.
