The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Sales are final on all custom and made to order products. If there is an error in your order that is the fault of Blue Prolific Studios we are happy to accept exchanges and correct your product at no additional charge.
We don’t accept cancellations on custom products.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
